REFUND POLICY
At The Wild Remedy, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
As our products are handcrafted and applied to the skin, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@thewildremedy.org with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

5. Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
