Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods this may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.
UK Shipping We offer the following shipping options within the UK:
- Standard delivery (3–5 business days)
- Express delivery (1–2 business days)
Free standard shipping is available on UK orders over a certain value — please check at checkout for current thresholds.
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations including the EU. International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs delays outside our control.
Customs & Duties For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Where available, tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
